We use your information to help us understand your needs, and in particular for the following reasons:

How long we keep your information 

We are required under our insurance policy to keep your personal information securely and in strict confidence for a minimum of 7 years after your last appointment.  After which time, your information will be destroyed.      

Sharing your personal data 

We provide Harley Street Consulting Clinics with a list of appointments booked at their premises.  This information is strictly limited to your name and time of appointment.  

Website and Payment Gateways 

Our website contains links to external websites and, if you click on the links, these third-party organisations may collect personal information about you. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other businesses or the content of websites that are linked to our website.  When you leave our website our privacy policy will no longer apply and we encourage you to read the privacy statement of every website you visit.  Please check the privacy policies of any such external sites before submitting any personal data, as we cannot accept any responsibility or liability in relation to them.  We use Paypal for payment handling services.  The privacy policies for these third-party providers can be viewed by visiting their websites.

We take your privacy very seriously, and will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal data.  We have put in place password-protection procedures and security features to keep your information secure.  Please be aware that any data which you send to our website is sent at your own risk.  

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, processed and/or stored at a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”).  By submitting your personal data, you agree to this.  We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.
